Anji is famous at home and abroad as the "hometowh of China's chair industry", and the chair industry is the first pillar industry of Anji County. In recent years, Anji County has focused on industrial innovation and industrial upgrading as an important starting point, given full play to the functions and effects of industrial agglomeration, formed an industrial cluster with close cooperation between enterprises and distinctive blocky characteristics, and gradually explored the road of "one chair" common prosperity. In the chair art design, research and development, production, testing,marketing and raw materials, accessories and other links, has formed a relatively complete upper, middle and downstream industry chain, many technologies and design concepts in the domestic leading position.

At present, the number of enterprises engaged in the production of chair industry and accessories in Anji has reached more than 1200, with an output value of 50 billion yuan, regardless of the production scale, market share and brand influence has risen sharply,which is called "one of the three parts of the national market in the world" by the industry. In order to promote the efficient upgrading of the industry, accelerate the double cycle, and improve the supporting services of the chair industry,Zhejiang Chair Industry Association and Anji Convention and Exhibition Center will hold the China (Anji) Chair Industry Accessories Expo on November 15-17, 2023.

Zhejiang Chair Industry Association was established in 2011. The association is a non-profit social team voluntarily formed by the majority of chair industry enterprises, with the purpose of serving members and the majority of small and medium-sized chair industry enterprises wholeheartedly, and strives to play a bridge role between the government and enterprises,to give advice to government departments, and create a good social environment for the healthy development of the majority of chair industry enterprises. Since its establishment,the association has been providing the majority of chair industry enterprises with services such as organizing exhibitions, title evaluation, product innovation and enterprise management,supporting member enterprises to continuously improve technological innovation ability and enterprise management level, and take the road of specialized and special new development.
